About
A 22 year old writer, primarily a poet, born and raised in Sunderland in the North East of England.
Having began studying English Literature & Creative Writing at Northumbria University, Jordan had his first piece, a haunting short story entitled 'Someone There?' published at the age of 19. He has gone on to publish two poetry collections as well as have multiple poems and short stories published in various formats.
Awarded the 'Prince of Poetry' tag by TWC in 2013, Jordan is known for his original and unconventional poetic style, attempting to push boundaries and not content with producing any work that is considered 'the norm'. However, he has also won an award for traditional and metred poetry. Jordan was a Tallenge Literature Competiton finalist in 2013, a year he also received an award for his blog 'thejordbaker' for inspirational and versatile blogging.
He is currently working on new poetic projects.
